- other tenant services
Without additional resouces, a landlord can go from offering from bare space to fully serviced space and flexible combination. Since no serviced office operator is needed, additional profit margins stay with the landlord and the rental income of the property per square metre rises.

We wish to partner with landlords to migrate their properties to Performance Buildings based on our digitally powered services or we wish to work with investors and execute projects (new builds or conversions). For the longer term, we have plans to go beyond office space into the domains of living and hospitality.
