NaturLoop, a spinoff from Bern University of Applied Science (Institute for Materials and Wood Technology), engineers biocomposites and develops the required technology to produce them at industrial scale. NaturLoop has developed Cocoboard®, an innovative product for furniture and construction applications. Naturloop is set to establish its first Cocoboard® factory in the Philippines to transform agricultural byproducts, such as coconut husks, with the addition of a proprietary bio-based adhesive into sustainable biocomposites.
