Fermented beverages start where others stop. nÿcha starts its journey as a tea infusion with the sugar content of an iced tea. Microbial and enzymatic conversion over several weeks of fermentation creates this special drink by converting half the sugar into fruity-tasting acids.
At nÿcha, we are taking the kombucha tradition into the 21st century. Since 2014, we have been producing our unique "Craft Kombucha" by hand in Switzerland.
