MESH focuses on disruptive products and services in the digitalization of the construction industry. Our patented robotic fabrication technology enables the efficient realization for complex reinforced concrete structures without formwork. With current production methods, the fabrication of formwork and reinforcement for complex curved concrete geometries is highly labour, cost, and waste intensive. MESH Mould, our first product, addresses this problem by combining formwork and reinforcement into a robotically prefabricated solution. Our UVP combines an approximately 50% lower price to established construction methods, the elimination of formwork waste, a high degree of flexibility through customisation and digitisation, and efficient industrial prefabrication production.
