What has been looming for years has come into fruition in the present: we now live in the sustainability era! The acute consumer shift towards sustainability is at the core of our venture, which is reflected in our vision: we have the desire to directly tackle food waste by eliminating existing resource inefficiencies of global food production and revolutionizing the way people think about food. By creating a platform for alternatives, we want to address six SDGs and increase the awareness for the problems in the food industry, whilst still acting competitively and profit-oriented. In line with these goals, we have established a first application: The KLY Crispbread. It is the most sustainable crispbread on the market, sourced from only swiss ingredients by mainly upcycling bran.
