FirstYou24 AG wants to revolutionise the Insurance Market by merging clients and insurance needs in a totally new way. This target we would like to achieve with our insurance auction technology called I.A.T. (Insurance-Auction-Technology). It is a unique way of offering insurance policies by a tender offer to insurance companies. In some way it is quite similar to existing companies like ebay but for insurance policies. The Value Creation is that the customers pay less for their insurance policies and the insurance companies don't need anymore to pay for leads rather than for closed up deals and can evaluate the exact client profile according to their needs.

Customer Profile:
All customers who are ready to administer their insurance policies online and want to profit from lower insurance policy rates.

Value Proposition:
It provides a big value to the customers as they can administer their insurance policies online and profit from lower insurance policy rates (up to 35% in average). On the other hand the insurance companies are finally able to get a tool which helps them to get very easy access to new customers and can choose out which clients suits them best according to their internal company growth strategy. Finally we have to mention the insurance brokers and intermediaries who finally get a great tool and get an edge to survive the 4th industrial revolution which is already unstoppable.

Market Potential:
Actually we started in Switzerland this month as a test market and hope to get very useful experience out of it. After sufficiently testing our marketing strategy, getting useful customer experience and making some improvements we are ready to expand. This year's late summer we are going to expand first to Germany and in autumn to Austria. The Market Potential in Switzerland for our company should be to our own evaluation at a normal case (not best/worst case) at least 100'000 users, which will result into a potential income of 12 million CHF, which is also our final target. Once successfully expanded and getting a reputation on the market, we will be able to conquer the world.
