Finform AG is a joint venture of AXON IVY AG and PostFinance AG and was founded in June 2016.

A growing team of 30 compliance and digitalization specialists is developing innovative customer solutions with several domestic and international partners.
The goal of Finform is to standardize, industrialize and digitalize compliance formalities. An optimum combination of software and services ensures efficient processes. Complex cases which cannot be automatically processed by the Finform Application are dealt with by our specialists in real time.
Due to Finform’s outsourcing offering the monitoring of regulatory developments and most of downstream verification processes are no longer required.
Our solutions are modularly designed, allowing using the application in all sales channels.
