Compiling room temperature, humidity and meteorological data, Building Intelligence computes the optimum amount of heating energy and remote controls the heating controller to achieve it.
The solution works with any heating system and any fuel. It is certified and audited under Swiss legislation. Customer time to success is a few weeks, and the service is self-financing. Business model is subscription per m2 heated surface.
