CONCEPTIVITY S.à.r.l. is a Swiss SME that was formed in 2010 in order to address both European and global issues related to supply chain security, transport security, aviation security and cyber security. CONCEPTIVITY is a partner in the FP7 (Security) EUROSKY project (air cargo security) and is leading the regulatory and legal deliverable in this project as well as the business and economic modeling efforts. In addition, CONCEPTIVITY is a partner in the FP7 (Security) CONTAIN project (container monitoring and control) and is also a partner in the FP7 (Security) SAFEPOST project (security of the postal supply chain including related aviation security aspects and regulatory and legal elements). Of note, CONCEPTIVITY is also a partner / team member (GMV led team) in the DG MOVE framework contract (for the provision of legal, economic and technical assistance in the fields of energy, mobility and transport policies) No. – SRD MOVE/ENER/SRD.1./2012-409-LOT 6. It is also important to mention that CONCEPTIVITY is also an active SME member of the European Organisation for Security (EOS) with the CEO of CONCEPTIVITY being a Member of the EOS Board of Directors and elected and acting as Vice Chairman of EOS since 2007. CONCEPTIVITY provides consulting services to the private sector as well, with a number of engagements related to security regulatory and legal aspects, as well as consulting for the financial sector. Furthermore, CONCEPTIVITY staff brings a wealth of expertise and experience in security issues including technology aspects, implementation, consulting, studies, and regulatory/legal aspects.
