Arca24.com is the Swiss software house for cloud HR solutions that has developed the robot that makes video interviews, CB1-18. It is a chatbot, a technology that conducts automated video interviews for a job during a preliminary evaluation process and proposes just the two or three most suitable applicants’ profiles. Combined with our parsing system and our semantic search engine for CV matching, CB1-18 extracts specific information concerning work experiences and detects the most relevant ones from CVs, through statistical indicators of the average duration of work experiences and of the rate between jobs and their duration, in order to provide recruiters with more precise results. Those tools are integrated in Arca24’s applicant tracking systems and CRM solutions.
