The Haus zur Metzg is seeking a Brand Ambassador (Markenbotschafter:in) for its grand opening in Chur (Arcas) in November 2026. This is not a typical retail or restaurant job; it is a role at a unique "hub for enjoyment and encounter" that blends a boutique butchery, a bistro, and an event space. As the face of the venue, you will combine high-end sales of natural meat products with warm hospitality, guiding guests through the story of the products’ origins and craft. Beyond daily operations, you will support the "Soft Opening" phase, lead tastings, and assist with curated events. The ideal candidate has a flair for sales, a deep conviction for animal welfare and quality, and the social competence to build a local community. Tasting Specialist & Brand Ambassador (10%–80%)

Alphahirt is looking for a Tasting Specialist & Brand Ambassador (10%–80%) to represent their premium, additive-free meat products across various regions in Switzerland. In this flexible, part-time role, you will be the primary link between the brand and the consumer, conducting tastings at markets, trade fairs, and partner shops. Your mission is twofold: driving direct sales through active engagement and educating the public on regenerative farming, animal welfare, and clean nutrition. Beyond consumer interaction, you will also train retail partners on effective sales arguments and point-of-sale presentation. The ideal candidate is a "friendly but persistent" communicator with a valid driver's license and a genuine passion for sustainable food systems.
