Our mission is to make buildings, neighborhoods, and cities more dynamic, to quickly readapt and fulfill the needs of the users, and to evolve together with society. We offer new, circular and re-adaptable, turnkey buildings as products for the RE owners and investors that have 0 upfront carbon emissions and produce 0 waste during reconfigurations. The assets are able to maintain their value within the components over multiple lifecycles, different configurations, and locations while allowing the owner to recapture the value by reusing them in new developments, selling them to other owners, or entering our buy-back program. Investing in assets we provide is price competitive (2-3000 CHF/sqm) yet by dividing the initial investment over 3 lifecycles the cost/asset is at least half.
