3Brain developed a new technology for in-vitro high-resolution electrophysiology. It is now available as a product (BioCAM4096) that consists of disposable bio-chips, of a compact high-speed data acquisition platform and of a control and analysis software. The system enables dense electrical activity monitoring of electrogenic cell cultures and provides researchers access to unique spatio-temporal details of network information. Current applications include both neuroscience and high-throughput drug discovery.
