Hypertension is the leading cause of premature death worldwide. 1 out of 3 adults suffers from hypertension. Nevertheless, only about 50% of the population have their blood pressure under control.
We have developed Manoa, a digital therapeutics (DTx) for hypertension. Manoa is a fully automated and data-driven chatbot empowering people to get their blood pressure under control. Manoa motivates patients to track their blood pressure and uses data from wearables to automatically provide personalized feedback and specific care recommendations. As digital therapeutics (DTx), Manoa is registered as a medical device in Europe. Our platform is easily integrable into existing workflows of health insurers and physicians providing benefits to all relevant healthcare players.
