Natural gas quality is varying more through an increase in international gas trading, widening specifications, and injection of renewables onto the gas grids (biogas and power-to-gas). This directly affects the emissions of gas appliances and poses technical challenges for the OEMs of gas appliances to develop new products that can be certified in compliance with the ever-tighter regulations for emission limits.
Bright Sensors has developed a patented natural gas sensing platform and is setting up strategic partnerships with leading combustion control OEMs to create bespoke products for their specific applications.
