Attolight Sàrl EPFL - Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne Samuel Sonderegger Ultrafast spectroscopy for NanoPhotonics. Attolight will commercialize a unique measurement tool for semiconductor based nanostructures. The tool we have developed consists of a modified electron microscope and yields combined spatial and temporal resolution of 50 nm and 10 ps. Nanometer and picosecond are the timescales of the nanoworld which can be accessed by our unique tool.
