Stignergy SA is a Swiss company based in Y-PARC - Swiss Technopole Yverdon-les-Bains - active in the field of efficiency and control of the use of electricity for professionals. Stignergy developed and commercializes Smart Energy Management System (SEMS), an innovative solution for the management of the electrical energy demand. SEMS reduce electricity costs between 10 to 15% and more for business companies by scheduling the consumption of the electric current load through the day. SEMS is also able to manage the storage of the local production energy, and provide prediction charge to the SmartGrid for the balance of Demand/Response.

Multiple times per year, 8 selected projects get the opportunity to present their business ideas in front of a panel. The 5 most promising projects enter the support process. After 9 months at the latest, the startups incorporate and enter the market. Since 2007, Venture Kick has invested over CHF 58 million in over 1111 projects.
