GenLots computes the optimal way to order external materials & components needed for production - in terms of timing, quantity, frequency - with proprietary AI across 5 factors: acquisition cost, order cost, inventory cost, scrap cost, and stockout risk.

This automated optimization results in up to 30% savings on number of deliveries and inventory. The removal of static elements also avoids mistakes and reduces the number of manual interventions by planners.

Industrial giants AB InBev and Merck are already benefiting from GenLots.
