Today, means of aerial treatments (in Switzerland - prohibited in Europe!) and on the ground are used, with corollaries known of the public and policies: exposure of the workers to the applied products, compaction of the grounds, noise pollution, drifts implying pollution on non-target areas, etc. Aero41 is developing a drone entirely dedicated to crop protection, a flexible and intelligent platform that will integrate AI and collect data to make crop protection more and more eco-responsible while being effective to ensure the necessary yields. Our first market: "complex" viticulture in Switzerland. About 2,000 ha today still have to be treated by helicopter in Switzerland. they are our "early adopters"!
